Shipping at actual cost:

We will charge the actual shipping cost for the shipping method of your choice. There is no handling fee. All packages valued at more than $100.00 will be insured additionally. A COD fee of $6.00 applies to all shipments within Canada that are shipped "collect".

Shipping Methods:

All parcels within Canada are shipped Canada Post expedited unless instructed differently.

All shipments within the United States are shipped U.S. Postal Services via Canada Post unless instructed differently.

Please notify us about alternative shipping instructions for your order in the Customer Details section in the "Your notice to us" field provided.

Returns:

Returns accepted for full refund, exchange or credit towards future purchases only IF returned to us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and if the item is in the original packaging and condition. Let us know when you order if you need to have this period extended for any particular reason.(Christmas Gift etc.)

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund your return postage. You must ship returned items the cheapest way. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

There is no return on books, magazines or special orders.
