Our shop is priced in Canadian $. You can view our shop in many other currencies by clicking on the currency button in the bottom left corner. 

Ordering Information

Online Orders:

When you use our shopping cart, you will receive your order details via email within minutes.

Phone Orders:

You can place your order via phone at 604-853-3936 or toll free at 1-888-775-0631.

Fax Orders:

You can print your order off our shopping cart. Complete info in "Check Out", click "next" and scroll down to bottom of "Customer Detail". Click on "Print Order". Or you can fax us your written order at 604-855-8911.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an email from Bigfoot Moccasins within minutes to confirm your order. We will email you within 2 business days to inform you of shipping charges and total amount due.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal and any other methods validated through paypal. We accept certified cheques and purchase orders from within Canada only.

You will not be asked for payment at any time during the ordering process. Only after we have confirmed availability of the merchandise you have ordered and advised you about shipping charges will you be asked for payment.You will not have to enter any credit card information anytime during the ordering process. 

Shipping and Returns

Shipping at actual cost:

We will charge the actual shipping cost for the shipping method of your choice. There is no handling fee. All packages valued at more than $100.00 will be insured additionally. A COD fee of $6.00 applies to all shipments within Canada that are shipped "collect".

Shipping Methods:

All parcels within Canada are shipped Canada Post expedited unless instructed differently.

All shipments within the United States are shipped U.S. Postal Services via Canada Post unless instructed differently.

Please notify us about alternative shipping instructions for your order in the Customer Details section in the "Your notice to us" field provided.

When will your order be shipped:

We will ship your order within the same or next business day from your approval of shipping charges and final amount.

Returns:

Returns accepted for full refund, exchange or credit towards future purchases only IF returned to us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and if the item is in the original packaging and condition. Let us know when you order if you need to have this period extended for any particular reason.(Christmas Gift etc.)

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund your return postage. You must ship returned items the cheapest way. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

There is no return on books, magazines or special orders.
